1703 UTC Om talking and id in French

SINPO is 5/5/5/5/5 via  University of Twente, Using Shazam to id songs.

Legal station, aired via the transmitter in Moosbrunn, Austria. This belongs in shortwave broadcast.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using a Sony ICF-2010 with a 25 meter (80 ft) longwire antenna in a tree.

Radio Andorra has no licence since 1981, just when France legalized the free FM stations...
