Clear ID heard by the male/female announcer team at 0003 UTC (2/18). Not particularly strong here; about S1 or S2 with some infrequent travels up to about S4. Carrier dropped at 0005 UTC but then returned a minute later and is now ongoing with music.

Notably improved signal and audio at 0041 UTC. Peaks to S9 but persistent fading. Announcer team chatting.

Very fady with S5 peaks, but definite music here from time to time.
0056 I am hearing OM/YL exchange, and that's a good sign.

Thanks MRI!

Hearing a carrier, about S4. Bits of low audio at 0100z.

6974.2khz.  Decent carrier, but modulation mostly down in the noise.  Modulation has peaked up at 0105z. Hearing YL and OM announcers chatting, then into 'Play With Me' by The Cure @ 0109z.

Then into another song, unknown to me - lyrics include 'try walking in my shoes'[possibly Depeche Mode]
