Darn weak here with an S5 noise floor (storm approaching).
Music obvious copy - it sounds ethnic - perhaps Spanish.
Rises above the noise ever so often 2350z
Signal stronger at 0012z but so is the approaching storm so noise level makes for a tough copy.

I found this by accident tuning around, but it's only an S1 at best for me. Not strong enough to recover any audio. I can hear a tiny bit in SSB.

SIO 323 here, audible but not particularly strong, unfortunately.  Music getting through at 0056Z, though I'm listening in USB to avoid the worst of the high static on the band.  I don't recognize the song.
