I made this registration by chance from the Utwente web sdr site https://vocaroo.com/1lfl3h8kR3xE

It seems to be polish language. The callsign is EFZ (googled it but I couldn't find anything) and the guy sends a message in NATO phonetic alphabet to QNW .
You can hear some words which I assume are Polish, at the beginning , in the middle and at the end of the message. Can someone -of native polish speaking - help me identify those words?
What kind of communication could it be, atc, military, etc?
