00:18 UTC - UNID just came on-air, good readable;
00:19 UTC - Cut off for approx 15 seconds and returned;
00:20 UTC - Cutting on and off at random;
00:21 UTC - Nothing else heard;
00:23 UTC - Returns to the airwaves for approx 15 seconds then off again;
00:25 UTC - Back again.
