1740gmt., 27.025 & 27.085 hearin' deep southern accent, heard "Texas".... Look like the Propagation Dogs bein' kickin' signals up yonder, yup.

Odd coincidence, I know an retired Navy man from Texas everyone calls Skipper. I don't know if he has a CB radio, but he could.
