2305 UTC Hearing some audio under the OTH radar....distorted. Sounds like something in a loop. Not sure I have it tuned in correctly. Very odd
2314 UTC Different looping effect now. Sounds like a bass drum with strange vocals. Reminds me of a CD stuck on a scratch or something.
2316 UTC OFF

I think there are two signals over each other.  I do hear the music audio and the buzzing sound.
