Extremely weak carrier on many Eastern USA KiwiSDR’s but I can’t find any with even a trace of audio.

0147 UTC-Audible on the PY2-81502 KiwiSDR in Brazil! S3 and weak there. A Brazilian pirate being heard in North America!
0147 UTC-Unknown Music, too weak
0157 UTC-More Brazilian music, up to S5 at peaks now
0212 UTC-Still there but a very poor signal now
0247 UTC-GONE

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.

Sure. A lot of stations in S. America are unlicensed and technically pirates. Just about anything coming from Bolivia is questionable.

I had this on my SDR recording...
Faded in as early as 2300 with a very weak carrier
Off at 0224. No audio, but with the QRM from the peskies, it would have been impossible anyway.
