0032 "Russian retard radio" - several times, parody songs including "I am a wanker" with IDs after songs.  Mentioned vodka.

Poor- Fair.

On an E1 & 19 M long wire antenna at Indian Lake County Park, Dane County, Wisconsin.

I was also at Indian Lake County Park, chasing DX with Markokpik, when this showed up on the band.  Was that the same song repeated in Russian, English, and German at the start of transmission?  I won't mention the homophobic send-up of Putin - hey now, none of that - though the 'I'm a wanker' song had me invoking Dr. Demento!
