While that's a mighty fine lookin' mobile antenna farm I wouldn't overestimate Russia...remember ye olde Woodpecker. On the other hand digital warfare...Facebook...need I say more? Huh?

They could put it out in front of tank columns with that yellow light flashing and a sign in Cyrillic that translates into "Caution Wide Load".
