Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.

(Couldn't figure out how to send personal ?) You say "...hear this every morning here..." however 2130utc is 2:30 pm our local time. What am I missing?

I wonder if China and Vietnam being mortal enemies for centuries plays into the radio interference?

absolutely.. when i lived in alaska the last time a few years ago, id hear their english broadcast sign on at 9730khz, i forget the time. .and a few seconds later, CRI would crash land on 9730 with the most obnoxious music possible and drown them out
