01:15 UTC - 2 UNID Peskies in QSO; weak barely readable. One station very noisy with background audio in transmission.

I heard one guy talking to another in Mexican Spanish a few Khz. below Insane Radio tonight. One of them had a guitar and was singing. Strong signals. I think I'll call them Dino and Chuy if I hear them again.
