Exact frequency is now 7699.96 kHz. Very tinny audio, like a headset up to a microphone. S5 with the Kouvola, Finland KiwiSDR but well above the noise. The carrier is present but suppressed (regular SSB, it depends on the radio how much the carrier is suppressed).
