S7 in SE PA, subject matter sounds like any of the people I run into when out in public. Could be any of my neighbors.

0300z Relay of classic KIPM show. Fair signal through crashy conditions, S5 via web SDR in MD. A little better via Pennsylvania web SDR, S7, less noisy. No copy at home in Texas via portable outdoors with random wire antenna.
0315z off after SSTV, which I wasn't set up to copy. But the exploding head emoji looks familiar ;)

Heard them all two decades ago and I've got CD's of most of them. Max was a good guy who ran a heck of a lot of power. I don't know what became of him.
