2210 UTC Heard some unid music just above the noise, then OFF at 2212 UTC
2214 UTC Back on again with unid music...signal has a bit of a flutter to it
2215 UTC OFF (Could this be peskies playing music?)

FWIW I do often hear peskies on 6930 USB around this time period.

And they will play music depending on how bored they are.

They used to make all kinds of fun of Doctor Tornado in USB after Radio Metallica would sign off. "Esta es Doctor Tornado" and a lot of laughing from several of them. They knew the US pirates used USB and were waiting for the frequency to be clear. They weren't any easier on Senor El Nino.

That was the late 1990's, so they've been using USB for at least 25 years. I used to hear them in USB coming from the Caribbean coasts of
Nicaragua and Honduras. I think those guys were real pirates, intercepting the cocaine runners coming up from Colombia is big business in that part of the hemisphere.
