Intermittent voice, too weak to understand it.

Update: 00:37  sounds like a conversation, but not english.  i don't think it's a broadcast.  Thought it might be at first.

The intermittent voice is a peskie, or "Pescadore". They're freebanders or fisherman that use the 43 meter band frequencies....usually LSB. There is one now on 6925 LSB in Portuguese.
QSL's to poorbrookking >at< aol.com are greatly appreciated! All reception and postings using My radio, My antenna, and generally in real time(excluding posting of SSTV images!).

They can fool you, some of them play music when they're bored or just screwing around. They'll also make fun of the North American pirates. They're out in the middle of the ocean with a lot of time on their hands.

Ever wonder if, somewhere out there, there's a Peskies Website, where they post messages to each other, wondering and complaining about those unknown weirdos playing music and saying odd things on their frequencies for yacking about fish and linguica?
All reception from this location, radio and antenna.
QTH New Hampshire (70 miles north of Boston).
Tecsun S-8800 and Kenwood R-2000, with about 135 feet of wire thrown up in the trees.
eQSLs most appreciated to molvaniapoacher@gmail.com.

They've been known to make fun of certain pirates who run a lot of power on the air after the pirate signs off. What's a radio pirate going to do to them? Row out in the ocean and punch them in the nose?
