I've got this too, as I happened to be scanning the band exactly when it came on.  Call it SIO 433 into Madison.  Definitely heard OM comments, something about 'she remains an inspiration to all of us here at...' and something else about 'who died of natural causes'.  Into quite the talented bluesy female vocalist.  It sounds like there's another station on top of this one, which is distorting things a bit.

Heard at 23:46 with music & "reports to sds1 radio..."  weak signal in big 'ol thunderstorm here. listening with R 75 using MFJ 1026 noise canceler as an indoor active antenna due to crazy big lightening nearby.

I actually lived a few blocks away from the accident site, back in the late 1970s though. I walked down Heim Rd on the way home from school many times.
