Observed on Oct 24, at 1059 UT; KOREA SOUTH. 7275 kHz., KBS World Radio IS & IDs in English and Korean;
"This is KBS World Radio coming from Seoul, the Republic of Korea"; strong enough to block any chance of
hearing anything else that might be here!
