1630Z 15421 S5 Just above the noise. Heard ID & some music. One of the rare times, its strong enough to listen to.
1658Z 25422 S6 Signal better, but still fluctuating.
1702Z 35423 S8 Signal came up more, still some fading to the noise, but overall much better.

3/10/2013, Blue Ocean Radio 13,875 kHz USB,

1700 UTC- Playing what sounds like bluegrass music.

S-0, but listenable because there's so much less noise up on 13 mHz...
and with plenty of antenna-tuner tweaking.

SINPO=14432

Also heard here in Montana 1645 through 1700 on 13875 USB; S4...S6, currently about S4, 2.2 uV into 50 ohms in SdrDx, signal sourced from my Pixelloop oriented NS.
Governments took the airwaves from the people. So please excuse my smile when the people take them back.

Good signal into NH this afternoon with lots of QSB, S2-S5 but well above the noise. Some frequency-hopping wide-band junk at S9+40 lands on frequency now and then.

1710z Blue Ocean ID
1733z Off. Thanks for the tunes

Signal peaked here for a while at about 15 or 20 over S9, but most of the time has been right about S9 or jsut atad over.  Signal is strongest on my China oriented Rhombic, stronger even than either of the beams.
