Noted a weak carrier here with some music modulation. Popped into Iann's and got a confirmation from Powerliner that this is him. Only an S1 (optimistically) here. I did pull out a Powerliner ID at 2154 UTC and the signal is getting progressively stronger as sun begins to fade for me.
