Pirate Radio Boston 6949.5 AM 0040z 13-Mar-2013
« on: March 13, 2013, 0043 UTC »
Pirate Radio Boston sounding good in NH tonight, S8 and above the noise level most of the time.

0042z Pirate Radio Boston ID
0051z ID, QSL via Belfast, NY mail drop

Some intermittent choppy "helicopter" QRM now but not too bad (OTHR?). That thing is wide, I checked once and it was at least 6755 to 7455 and seemed to have peaks at 100 kHz spacing (at xx55).

0110z Slow long fade has taken PRB down into the noise, only about S4 now

0111z ID, pirateradioboston@gmail.com (helicopter gone now...)
0120z Off, Thanks for the show...

Also S8-S9 here in the Boston burbs. Some minor interference from the "The Helicopter" (see here: http://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,10382.0.html).
