1356 UK CB coming in, some open FM carriers, could be parish services starting at the TOH.

Noted numerous parish signals on the UK FM CB frequencies as well as on 27315 FM (CB Channel 31 FM).  Lots of FM signals within the regular CB band and the usual pager signals also starting to come in.  Noted 27450 FM had POCSAG bursts on it, along with several others.  27300 FM with nearly-constant POCSAG signals.  27235 and 27245 (CB Channel 23 and CB Channel 24) both very busy with packet radio, what sounded like paging signals, data bursts...MFSK and FSK signals all over the place...plus the usual AM, FM and SSB traffic.  27700 and 27800 both had POCSAG paging signals, didn't see anything on 29750, 29800, 29850, 29900 or 29950 but that doesn't mean there isn't anything now.

The 27003 kHz (or 27002.5 - it's a wide signal, center frequency could be 27.003 MHz or 27.002 MHz) POCSAG paging signal seems to appear when these other non-standard pager and data link signals also appear.  I know 27007 (27.007 MHz) is apparently used somewhere in Central or Northern Europe - and other logs indicate that 27450 (27.450 MHz) is used for paging and data link systems in Finland and probably other Nordic countries.

I guess 27205 FM needs to be checked to  see if the simplex repeater is active.  Same with 26985 FM, 27405 FM, 26565 FM and the dozens of other frequencies with simplex repeaters.  Now that you can get AM/FM CB rigs with the Baofeng style "Kenwood" audio connectors right on the front panel...I see crossband repeaters and simplex repeaters becoming a more popular thing here in the USA.
