Just checked stream, World Music Radio matches broadcast.  Hmmmmmm🤔 .....maybe ION?

Fair to good from about 2155 with soul music
Receive same eQSL very quickly saying it is Lay Low Radio / Netherlands?
Signal pretty good on regular radios ICOM 8600 and Kenwood R-5000
Better at Vermont SDR
