SIO 232 when not hammered by some digital transmission. Audio seems a bit muddy

2303z - Pink Floyd - Cymbaline
2305z - a four tone sequence repeated several times, then female voice, possibly with an ID, "thank you very much", then off

SDR recording catch

This was WBOG, 2252 UTC sign on after they went QRT on 6975. Started off SIO 444 then faded, mostly gone by 2305 sign off.
