22:13 Did an ID from WHIZ TV which is in Southeastern Ohio

22:19 Same WHIZ ID as transmitted at 22:13
22:20 Ramblin Man by The Allman Brothers Band
20:22 Interference from a USB station. Sounds like a MARS net call u

(I'm hearing some comms under the station...6961 USB with OM mentioning "Join the net")

A wise move to avoid the MARS net. It is a bad idea to interfere with their communications!
I believe the "TV" part of the ID was that the WHIZ radio used the WHIZ-TV affiliate ID for the news and weather breaks.

Peaking over 9 here in Niagara , indoor MLA30 , sounding good
sounds like a TV relay, WHIV or maybe WHIZ
some QRM at 22:22 sounds like a MARS net or similar trying to use 6961USB

I would change frequency away from mars that is on 6961
