Excellent reception on 21500 (less so on 21630), French service.

1207 OM with lengthy talk followed by feedback, responses from small group.  Attendee responses, others gathered voice feelings, original OM continues lecture.
1209 Musical transition, ID
1221 African accented OM talking in excited cadence, might be about World Cup
1224 Musical transition, ID to OM talking in slow, measured pace
