R&B/Pop music. SIO 333 SW England.
The upper sideband seems to be suppressed.
1317 Edited subject to LSB, not AM. On the Weston SDR there was a carrier that was beating with the LSB so it was receivable on AM.
1319 French "Echo Charlie" operators talking.
