Has a professional sound to it, and maybe a rebroadcast of a commercial station.
subject: something of congress and a political nature

a wide band somewhat "quiet" signal is overlapping it.
visually per waterfall, it looks like a lot of spill over signal to lower sideband

2300  News report of congress declaring war on Japan the day after Pearl Harbor Day 12/8/1941.  Abrupt mid sentence cut at announcement of radio announcer reporting declaration of war, ID, off.

Good signal - S7 - 8 here.

Clear and nice readable signal in SW Finland (Paimio-location), so, I believe this is from the westcoast. "WFDR, New York, Good night" was clear for end of the transmission.
