WRUV 90.1 FM RELAY 6928 USB 1945 UTC 11 Dec 2022
« on: December 11, 2022, 1945 UTC »
music at 1945
S8, 45455, S+N: -90 dBm, SNR: 17 peaks

Don't know if this is same/different station from previous on 6928; previous stn did not ID, and none so far here at 1945; will assume different since DJ spoke at 1948 here and none on previous station, plus signal so much stronger here - See Note [1] below.

1945: "Cherry Blue Intention" - Special Interest
1948: Talk by DJ, could not understand due to accent/noise/fading except "coming up" -> "I Watched Them Go" - Ultra Q
1956: techno mx
S+N: -72 dBm, SNR: 25, 55545, S8 peaks
2003: DJ with summary of music so far -> PSA about assistance for heating for those in need
2004: ID: WRUV, Burlington -> more techno mx
? Perhaps a relay, based on comment from topic 28 May 2020 ? [and Note [1] below.]
"Lucy" - True Blue
2012: "Girl On Down the Hall" - The Young Love Scene
2017: "One Night with the Valet" - Tennis
2019: Summary by DJ of previous songs  - "Boys Lonelier Than You" - Hellcat Bloom
2022: music continues ...
2043-: no audio

[1] Web site for WRUV Burlington VT, (Univ Vermont) lists the same songs as previously played. Guessing since WRUV does not seem to stream, maybe this is off-air relay?

Thank you for the program, whoever is responsible!

So, my reception is very lousy - faint music.  However, I was a student at the University of Vermont decades ago and WRUV FM is the student station.  While the WRUV webpage does not stream, it does list played songs.  The playlist on the webpage matches the postings here.  I'm guessing maybe a Zeeky relay?

Zeeky has used WRUV as a station name: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,67654.0.html

Adding to CT Yank's comments about Zeeky IDing as WRUV in the past, he has also commented on the station:

https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,101266.msg319324.html#msg319324
All reception from this location, radio and antenna.
QTH New Hampshire (70 miles north of Boston).
Tecsun S-8800 and Kenwood R-2000, with about 135 feet of wire thrown up in the trees.
eQSLs most appreciated to molvaniapoacher@gmail.com.
