0004 music, noisy, stormy, QRM hum, two carriers

0012 only one carrier, on 6974.90 I think, and audio in the noise if any
that carrier is usual in Europe,
so station is OFF

0003 UTC I have a carrier on 6975 AM with traces of audio deep in the noise. Definitely traces of music, but no clue what!
0011 UTC No carrier now...OFF?
