Interesting graph... you're seeing a similar distribution of sporadic decodes for Lauzon instead of the usual solid (or mostly so) blocks.

I'm still getting sporadic DGPS decodes from Lauzon QC at 2243 UTC. And I can hear the signal, but super weak.

Yep, I was just listening to 309 kHz and could faintly hear the signal now and then, and did get a few decodes. Hmm...
