Yes, it's Radio Pacman being relayed on shortwave...
hearing him on 7405 // with 5940 with a fabulous signal into NW Ireland  :)

I just heard @ 1520 my short promotion for Radio Pacman, which I sent several for his shows.
First time I have been aired via a Free Radio Station from Europe!!
