I was just listening to it in AM mode here at my in-laws' place in Sequim, Washington. More subtle but still obviously the HAARP transmission around 2100 UTC.

21:10 UTC - I actually have a broadcast station on 9600 kHz AM, presumed China Radio International, at about an S5 level.

Interesting image on the waterfall. If I recall, someone else reported a similar image as a UNID somewhere in one of the topics.

2200Z:  Sweeping heard here and visible on the waterfall, +/-15 kHz from 9600.   Not very strong, but fairly steady.   Upper side partially covered up by AM stations at 9610 and 9620.

2259:  Much stronger (~15 dB above the noise floor) before ceasing at ~22:59:40.

2210 - steady sweeping, S5
2226 - signal improving, S6
2259 - experiment ended

Good article describing experiment to bounce a signal off an asteroid today:

I'm the one who observed what appears to be an identical signal, and reported it as unidentified in the post at https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,107329.0

I observed that it occupied approximately 30 Hz of bandwidth centered at 5358.62 kHz. I did not make an audio or IQ recording. Definitely HAARP?
