SHARON Radio 6925 USB 0120 UTC 3 Apr 2013
« on: April 03, 2013, 0128 UTC »
Just tuned in, YL or kid talking, giving the weather at 0127z. S7 signal.

More detail from the SDR recording:
Sign on was 0120z.  YL or kid talking... "it's ten minutes to ten"
Mention of Neil Diamond, song "Hello Again", played a few seconds of it.
Weather report at 0122z
Mock interview with Jim Croche, played some song clips
0125z ID? "SHA RON Radio Station" ??? Hard to tell with the high pitched voice
0127 "Right now you are listening to SHARON radio station"
0127z "Today is Friday October 31st 1980, you are listening to SHARON radio station"

Aha! I remember this one from before: http://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,7443.0.html
Logged last summer, and Sealord had it the year before.

Also heard it... there was some music playing in the background. YL giggled a bit and at one point said she was back.
01:29 Lost signal or off  Signal was a respectful S8 with clear audio.

0224Z, I could hear music but couldn't pull anything out until the 2010 theme song. Now I am hearing a female singing to blues type music. I only have it at an S3 with heavy static crashes partially drowning the transmission out.
0228, I believe I missed the Sharon radio broadcast. I hear an ID say "this is Blue Ocean Radio".
