Weak carrier with music. SINPO 13331 on KFS SDR (NorCal) omni antenna. Confirmed program is // to what I am hearing on the same frequency on SDRs in Argentina and Brazil. Presumed since I have not heard an ID.
I don't STRETCH the truth.

I could see the carrier on the waterfall of the Athens,GA. Kiwi but couldn't pull out any audio.

I'm beginning to like that SDR. It has a Pixel loop for an antenna, but if you play with the gain, it performs well.

They are active daily on this frequency for many hours, I often notice the carrier and sometimes hear some audio on the KFS Omni KiwiSDR. I wish they produced their own programming instead of relaying news or sports, I find RCW very boring to listen to.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.

A lot of the unlicensed broadcasters in SA are targeting local audiences with NVIS antennas. That the signal get's this far north is an accident.
