SDR recording catch.
0103 sign on. Very tough copy due to the static levels.
0105 I could hear an OM talking. Mentions of living in peace. "No, I don't want to run it by you again. You must believe in the future of one world government"
0107 Toynbee Radio ID repeated several times, and then off.

For the op...

Was listening to the LSB pesks yucking it up just prior to this, and noted and logged a carrier in the waterfall at this time.  It was weak but solid.  I was hearing maybe 30 lightning strikes per minute here last night, and grabbing any audio just not possible.
