Hip-Hop w/ a whole lot of static on the band and tinny audio that keeps cutting out.  Sounds like the same show that was on 4186 yesterday or the day before.  Athens, GA. SDR.

Something is wrong in the audio chain it keeps cutting out. Cover of "Ain't No Sunshine When She's Gone". About an S-4/S-5 at best.

The band really shifted rapidly around 0210-0213 UTC. The signal took a huge dive everywhere.

0216 - Off or faded out.
I don't STRETCH the truth.

Every minute Charlie squats in the bush, his signal gets stronger."

The band, or Goatboy blew up his new amp?

I could tell it was going long listening from an SDR in Athens, GA. and moved to a couple of reliable one's in the Mountain West. The signal was weak but readable. A couple of audio cut outs like had been happening w/ it all evening and it was gone.
