1320 UTC just tuned in to 2 guys talking about pirate radio.
1332 UTC signal picking up a bit.

I remember that "Ask Dr. Radio" bit. Radio Azteca has to be one of the most relayed pirate stations of all time. All of my QSL's came with the frog sticker for my meticulous reports. I never got the prized rejection card, much to my chagrin.
