Recorder Catch on 6925USB

Weak signal here with 3 unid tunes,  At 0422 there was some talk in the noise.  From the sound and cadence of the op's voice, it might have been TurtleHead Radio, but I'm really not certain of this as no solid ID was heard.   Went off mid-song I think at 0429z.
