This is known to be part of a Russian military network of these stations on various frequencies including 7700, 8001, 9041, 9900, & 10200 kHz all in USB mode. They are likely used as propagation indicators for other military communications.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using a Kenwood TS-570D with a 40 meter band Inverted V.
