Music until 03:34 when YL/YM dialogue in Sudanese Arabic targeting South Sudan via Talata-Volonodry,Madagascar.   The music came through fine but the dialogue had a slight to moderate reverb.

SINPO: 33343  with some static crashes beginning at 03:37 (21:37 CST local)   PL-330/ whip
