Pretty loud in New Jersey. Sounds like they're playing the whole album "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot" by Wilco. Right now playing "Radio Cure".

Listening to a recording.

The opening by a YL was "?????--Hotel--Foxtrot," repeated many times.  "?????" sounded like "EMT," which doesn't seem to fit the phonetic alphabet.
