2241 ID but only "Shortwave" could be understood, perhaps OM with West Indies accent
2243 "No Armys" Scientist, same accented OM talking over music - ID "Rock Shortwave?"
2246 OM "Low Power" over music
2248 "OK homes I gotta go...It's (emphasizing annunciation) Root Rock Shortwave" off
