Echo of Hope - VOH (5995 // 6350) with the weekend only reading of a portion of Chapter Ten,
from "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone," in English, along with lengthy explanations in
Korean; program ended at 0755 UT; will be repeated again 1123-1155 UT (four hour program loop).

Echo of Hope - VOH (S. Korea), has NOT changed frequencies since after Jan 12. Checked today (Feb 3);
still on 3985 // 4885 // 5995 // 6250 // 6350 // 9100 kHz. (1330+ UT). So will VOH now become like VOP and
remain unchanged all the time?

Voice of the People still keeps to their long standing unchanged frequencies on 3480 // 3910 // 3930 //
4450 // 4560 (this, their newest frequency, starts much later than any of the others!) // 6520 // 6600 kHz.

   Thanks Ron for the compilation - you are good at this!
 These stations are very numerous and in my location I can hear them at a good level, often wondering who it is. Now I will tidy up the records, although I do not understand anything.
Especially VoH is strong on 6250 and sometimes they broadcast sets of good music "from the free world" without annoying jamming.

My daughter is currently learning to read and speak Korean. The bank she works for has interests there and they think she has a future with them. I got her hooked on SW at an early age. Who says listening to words in the air from far off places is a waste of time?
