WINB Spur 9103 AM 0010 UTC 8 FEB 2023
« on: February 08, 2023, 0019 UTC »
Can vaguely hear male / female voices alternating, continually speaking, slowly and calmly, but cannot make out any of the words or language.

Does not appear to be a harmonic of 4551.5 or 12806.
S7-S9 at my QTH in South Louisiana on the kiwiSDR.

Exact frequency is 9102.98 kHz. S7 on the Raleigh, NC KiwiSDR.

0028 UTC-Male and female voices as you described, sure doesn’t sound like English. A bit of hum in the signal.

Probably an international broadcaster on the wrong frequency.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.

I can hear some audio on the AB1KW KiwiSDR in New Hampshire, now good enough to understand some of it.

0118 UTC-Man preaching in English

The audio matches WINB on 9265 kHz, must be a spur from that frequency.
