Any idea what the codes are? They are all Alpha and Beta with a different number for each every time.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.

0229 UTC: Was able to hear a voice but not sure what was said. Tones back and sound stronger than the talk.
0230 UTC: The talk was back and sounded like a repeat of the previous announcement.
