Aruba ATC 38.275 MHz 1830 UTC 16 FEB 2023
« on: February 16, 2023, 1850 UTC »
This is a weird one.  I can't really explain it but I'm sitting here in Michigan listening to Aruba air traffic control on 38.275 MHz handling flights inbound and outbound to Queen Beatrix International Airport in Aruba.  Best in FM mode but clearly an AM carrier present on the SDR waterfall.  This is being heard on several different radios in the shack (same antenna).  Aruba ATC is listed as 120.9 MHz and this is verified against the traffic that I'm hearing.  Obviously some kind of odd harmonic or mixing product that is propagating.

Antenna used is my 140 FT DKAZ terminated loop, amplified by a Wellbrook FLG100LN.
