2335 Came on with mx - punk?
2337 ID given by OM 3 times; first 2 obliterated by pesc, but pretty sure the 3rd was "Toynbee Radio".  This was followed by some
        OM talk; heard ments of "offshore" and "USSR", but that's about it
2340 More music; reviewing the audio, I can hear another ID just before s/off
2342 off

Signal was initially about S9+, but it tailed off to S6 by show's end.  Very heavy pesc QRM in the LSB and some also in the USB made reception pretty tough here.

SDR recording catch.
2335z sign on, directly into music. S8 signal. The modulation seemed low, and there was a lot of pescadore QRM on the LSB.
