0213 Program of hard rock with periodic IDs.

Started out fading in and out, however has come up to S7 after about 0220.  Good audio now.

306- OM repeating same sentence over and over again. Signal is less distorted now.

Now way down in the noise hard copy. Not a good nite in Owasso OK for Sycko reception.
