Picked it up on the Scranton SDR at 1518.  Very legible S7 signal!  Playing a dance tune, "Don't Call Me Baby".

1525 Repetitious EDM/techno song
1527 OM talking, tough to understand, British accent?
1530 Sorry about Brit accent mention, music but deeper into noise
1532 Very clear - "Ultimate Blizzard Radio" but music sank into noise
1534 Music staying above noise floor but too noisy for Shazam to ID
1536 OM talking but can't decipher, then OFF
